The assets include the freehold property, plant and machinery of a “one of a kind” fibre sorting facility commissioned in 2019 and is capable of processing large volumes of paper, cardboard and mixed fibre. 

Located in Hartlepool the property includes:

• Site Area: Approximately 6.13 hectares (15.15 acres) 
• A detached warehouse constructed in 2018/2019 extending to approximately 64,880 sq ft
• Includes a significant area of expansion / development land
• Additional buildings include workshops, a derelict office and modern portable jackleg office unit. 
• Benefit of a 150,000 tonne processing license  as a fibre sorting plant for paper and cardboard

• Bollegraaf fibre Sorting Facility 
• 7 Pellenc Optical Sorting units
• A drum feeder and bailer
• OCC screen and recovery line
