Planned Maintenance
A professionally prepared Maintenance Plan will:
- Provide the basis for the longer-term maintenance of the property
- Limit the need for costly short-term or reactive maintenance
- Provide a future perspective on the level of funding required to maintain the property for occupation.
The Forward Maintenance Register (FMR) is a key component of the Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) Planned Maintenance Service. If prepared without the guidance of a professionally trained expert, the Maintenance Plan and FMR can be confusing or misleading.
Our Planned Maintenance Service employs the skills and expertise of a Chartered Surveyor prior to, during and after the preparation of the Plan.
