Lambert Smith Hampton's (LSH) Project Management and Control services apply recognised and proven project management techniques which ensure that plans are implemented in a controlled and structured fashion, therefore reducing the risk.
Our Project Management and Control Services include the following:
- Project Management - Our experienced Building Surveyors manage the project delivery via design and contract administration teams and generally take responsibility for the successful completion of the project.
- Contract Administration Service - This service ensure that the contractor’s performance is monitored against contract and that cost overruns, produce quality or slippage in the deliver timeline are flagged and remedied.
- Project Monitoring Service - This service is specifically designed to meet the needs of investors and fund managers, provides a watching brief over the progress of a project and provides the client with regular reports on the achievement of goals during the project.
- Employers Agent Service - Whilst there are a number of cost and time benefits to be achieved through the use of a Design and Build contract, it is crucial that a Building Consultant, entirely independent of the Design and Build team, represents the interests of the client. Our Employer’s Agent Service provides such an intermediary.
