- Facilities Management – services provided include the operation of a 24 hour maintenance help desk facility, contract administration of maintenance contracts, communication, reporting and administration of contractor site access regimes and provision of site safety audits.
- Project Management – we design, procure, project manage and deliver a variety of building refurbishment, demolition, redevelopment and station improvement projects including booking office and customer lounge schemes, the installation of automatic ticket gates, customer information systems, CCTV, ticket machines and help points.
