Expert Witness Service

The Expert Witness service advises claimants and respondents in relation to technical matters arising in disputes whether before the courts, arbitrators or other tribunals.

The Expert Witness service advises claimants and respondents in relation to technical matters arising in disputes whether before the courts, arbitrators or other tribunals.  For example, the value of a property or its condition, might be a component part of the dispute.  Not only will we provide technical advice, we can explain the alternatives to going to court such as the use of PACT (Professional Arbitration on Court Terms), Adjudication or Mediation.

We recognise that no two cases are the same. All our expert witnesses are experienced practitioners in their field and are able to deliver competent and impartial advice.

The processes which we employ to deliver our Expert Witness service have therefore been designed with flexibility in mind. We ensure that the delivery of technical expert opinion is fully compliant with Rule 35 (Experts and Assessors) of the Civil Procedures Rules, and the RICS Practice Statements.
