With technical and contractor management skills developed across a range of Building Consultancy disciplines, and a thorough understanding of the commercial and financial imperatives of development financing, the LSH Building Consultancy Division offers a bespoke service for each client.
A technically qualified Project Monitor visit the site to compare the progress of the development against plan, assess interim valuations and report on progress. This will help the funding organisation manage project risk and minimise financial exposure.
