Defects Analysis
As buildings age, the law of unintended consequences begins to exercise its influence over the design of the building and upon the materials originally used in its construction. Defects in the fabric of a building are not only costly to remedy, the longer they remain undiagnosed, the greater the remedial cost. These deftects in the fabric can cause Health and Safety issues, interrupt business operations and ultimately reduce the value of the property.
A Defects Analysis should be performed by a qualified Building Consultant as part of the building’s regular maintenance planning regime.
Our Defects Analysis Service assesses a building’s construction and pathology in order to diagnose defects and prescribe remedial work.
