LSH disposes of two industrial units on Greenvale Business Park, Littleborough

Acting on behalf of Rochdale-based Beva Investments, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has disposed of two industrial units on Greenvale Business Park, Littleborough, Greater Manchester.

Unit 5B, which comprises 18,000 sq ft, was sold to PDS, a leading producer and supplier of doorsets, for £920,000.  Unit 8A, which comprises 5,038 sq ft, was sold to Falconex, an Oldham-based supplier of mechanical handling equipment, for £300,000.

Greenvale Business Park is a development of new and existing warehouse and distribution units, located close to Littleborough town centre with excellent access to the M62 and M60.

Andrew Aherne, Head of Industrial Agency at LSH’s Manchester office, said: "These latest sales represent a double boost for Greenvale Business Park, which has continued to buck the trend of the economic slow-down, following a series of successful deals over the last eighteen months.

“With interest rates remaining low, freehold sales are becoming increasingly attractive to businesses wishing to owner-occupy, illustrating the continued stability of the Greater Manchester industrial market.”

This popular development has a further circa 50,000 sq ft under offer with only four units remaining out of 26.
