Protocol Expand in Slough

Acting on behalf of Imperial Tobacco Pension Fund, Lambert Smith Hampton has let office space at Seymour House, Slough town centre to Protocol Skills.

Training providers Protocol will occupy 3,470 sq ft of self contained office space with lift access and parking spaces on a 5 year lease at a rental of £14 per sq ft with no incentives.

According to Martin Gibbons, Associate Director at Lambert Smith Hampton’s Slough office: “Protocol Skills, a subsidiary of Protocol Group, is one of the largest providers of vocational qualifications and training in the UK, operating from over 90 local training centres nation-wide and training over 20,000 young people each year in placements with local and national employers.”
