Acting for CBRE Investors, Lambert Smith Hampton’s (LSH’s) industrial agency team successfully negotiated the surrender of unit 7 Fleming Close Industrial Estate, Segensworth, Fareham from United Parcel Services Ltd (UPS). LSH then agreed the dilapidations and refurbishment requirements, before securing a new 10-year lease for City Electrical Factors (CEF), which already occupied unit 6 and was looking to expand on the estate.

In 2005 Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) was instructed by Turbomeca, part of worldwide aircraft engine group, Sanfran Group, to advise on the development of 10 acres of expansion land at Segensworth North. The site was to be developed into a new factory extension of 33,000 sq ft, and LSH was appointed to simultaneously dispose of the balance of the site.
