Birmingham office building consultancy team instructed to provide pre-acquisition surveys for Mapeley Estates
The Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) Birmingham Building Consutlancy department were instructed to do two full pre-acquisition surveys for Mapeley Estates.Client:

- Surveys included arrangement of access provision and full inspections of all roof areas.
- Internal and external survey of the structure and fabric, to report on existing condition and apparent or potential defects.
