Our Edinburgh office is located on George Street, within the Central Business District. From here we cover the city centre and out of town markets in East and Central Scotland.
Our team provides transactional and consultancy services to a wide selection of clients across the private and public sectors. These include Argyle House in Edinburgh City Centre (Edinburgh's largest office letting instruction) and disposal appointments on large scale industrial and distribution property in the Central Belt. Recent success stories include the disposal of Quattro House, Aberdeen, the letting of Antonine House, Falkirk and the acquisition of 'The Big Blue Shed', Bellshill.
Our corporate recovery team covers the whole of Scotland from our Edinburgh office and we provide strategic advice to a range of both lenders and borrowers. We are also very active at the smaller end of the market and are appointed on a large number of ongoing instructions from private individuals and small businesses.
