Coupled with providing development consultancy advice, our team is also is highly experienced in giving acquisition and disposal advice on the basis of auction, private treaty and informal tender processes and has a strong track record in land transactions. In terms of major site sales, we recently disposed of Sites A and B at Chase Farm Hospital for around £80m, which had planning permission for approximately 500 units.
