The deal represents a significant letting for Colchester not only in terms of size but also stature of tenant as a multinational organisation. The quality and positioning of Easter Park, located in North Colchester, has enabled Colchester to attract a major tenant such as Müller, which employs 12,000 people and is responsible for major brands such as Müller Corner, Müllerlight and Müller Rice.
Along with joint agents Newman Commercial, we acted for Legal & General, on behalf of its Industrial Property Investment Fund (IPIF), on this deal at 3 Easter Park.

3 Easter Park is an impressive and high-quality detached premises which totals approximately 18,365 sq ft (1,706m²) with a large forecourt and excellent proximity to the A12/A120. Müller will be utilising the site for expansion of their storage and distribution facilities.
