Judges were looking for evidence of innovative consultancy practice as well as significant industrial and logistics transactions during the previous twelve months, from firms who have made a clear impact on the region’s property market.
Commenting, LSH surveyor Chris Williams said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this award, which recognises our team’s efforts, achievement and success over the past year."
Now in their tenth year, the Awards celebrate excellence and achievement in the commercial property industry across 11 categories including Office Agency of the Year, and Architectural Practice of the Year.
The other two firms shortlisted in the Industrial Agency category were Alder King, and Russell Property Consultants.
The winner will be announced at a gala ceremony held at the Bristol Marriott hotel on 5 October 2017.
