Young surveyors attend networking event at Birmingham office

Fay Cavey Wilcox

Emerging commercial property talent from across the West Midlands came together to discuss trends in the region’s office market and predictions

for the rest of the year at a breakfast event, held at LSH's Birmingham city centre office.

Alex Tross, director of office agency at LSH in Birmingham, who hosted the event, said: “These sessions are useful for young surveyors to engage and network with their peers as well as to learn new content and to keep up-to-date with market trends.

“The engagement from those present indicates that the future is very bright indeed for the commercial property sector in the West Midlands.”

Susannah Byles-Walters, a young surveyor who attended the meeting said: “These presentations are really valuable for young surveyors like myself. The information was up to date and presented in a clear and engaging manner with good opportunities to ask questions.”
