Northern Powerhouse International Conference & Exhibition - one month to go!

26/01/2016

On 25 and 26 February 2016, we will be exhibiting at the Northern Powerhouse International Conference & Exhibition, which takes place at Manchester Central.

The two-day event, moderated by BBC Broadcaster John Humphries, will feature talks and interactive sessions from senior representatives across sectors as diverse as property, retail, transport, logistics, tech, energy and finance.

A host of speakers are lined up including Lord Prescott, Ed Cox, Director of IPPR North, Sarah Green, Director of Regions and Nations at CBI, and Piers Linney, Co-CEO Outsourcery PLC and former BBC TV “Dragon`s Den” star. They will be joined by a panel of leading industry experts including our CEO, Ezra Nahome, Andy Clarke, Chief Executive of ASDA, Simon Kirby, Chief Executive of HS2, Catherine Raines, CEO of UKTI, Andy Koss, Managing Director of Drax Power and Mark Whitworth, CEO of Peel Ports.

This will be the largest gathering of business leaders dedicated to the Northern Powerhouse following the Government’s Autumn Statement on 03 December 2014, in which the Chancellor of The Exchequer set out Government plans for growing the economy of the region. It is the chance for business leaders to respond in kind with practical action to show how business can shape this agenda.
