LSH expands Building Consultancy team with senior hires

National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed David Blackmore as head of its London Building Consultancy team.

David joins from Savills, where he was a director specialising in dilapidations for clients such as Henkel, Robert Bosch, Prologis, LondonMetric, Como Holdings, Regus and NTT Data.

David will work closely with Kevin Maddern, Lambert Smith Hampton’s national head of Building Consultancy, to further expand the strong London team and enhance the company’s specialist dilapidations services nationally.

New Associate Directors

The team also welcomes two new Associate Directors, Matt Sharkey and James Laderman.

Matt has joined from Daniel Watney LLP, where he worked as a Senior Associate Partner for seven years, ultimately heading up its Building Consultancy team.  At LSH he will specialise in project work, dilapidations and party wall matters.

James joins from Colliers International, where he worked for nine years in the Building Surveying and Project Management team.  James will focus on development, construction monitoring and technical due diligence for high profile funds and banks.

Clients to benefit from their experience

Kevin said: “Our Building Consultancy team has an exceptionally strong track record and we are keen to grow the division further to ensure we continue to win new work and provide the best possible service to clients.  I am pleased to welcome David, Matt and James to the team and am confident that our clients will benefit from their expertise and dedication.”
