Hornbuckle administers over 3,500 commercial properties across the UK with a total market value of around £1 billion.
In addition, LSH has been selected as an adviser to Hornbuckle’s innovative new ‘Signature’ service, which offers clients standardised documentation, fast track execution and great value-for-money for tenanted, single-lease commercial properties.
Chris Berry, Director at LSH, said: “We are developing a strong track record in the self-invested pensions market. Our knowledge and understanding of regulation specific to the industry combined with our extensive regional office network, allow us to provide a unique proposition to the industry.
“We are excited to be working with Hornbuckle and look forward to forming a long term partnership.”
Patrick Van de Steen, Hornbuckle’s MD, said: “Commercial property remains a key asset class for our clients and an area where we have always been strong. Our partnership with Lambert Smith Hampton marks a significant step towards confirming that position. It ensures that we can continue to deliver the best possible service through blending our respective pension and property skills.”
