Jessica Dabrowski joins us at a time of growth for the firm, which has consolidated business over the past few months with a number of new clients.
The University of Reading graduate, who attained a first class degree in building surveying, has moved to LSH from Cushman and Wakefield in London where she assisted chartered building surveyors and managed projects.
Cathy Knutsen, director of the building consultancy team in Bristol, said: “Having won a number of new clients recently, it is wonderful that we are able to take on additional staff to cope with demand and continue to provide the high levels of service for which we are known. We are very pleased to welcome Jessica to the growing team here at the Bristol office and I’m sure she will be able to build a successful career here at LSH.”
Jessica said: “I was keen to move to a company that had a national reputation for excellence and that would support me as I develop my skills and qualifications in building surveying. Moving to Lambert Smith Hampton will enable me to progress my career and gain some fantastic experience alongside a top class team.”
Her achievements include winning the University of Reading School of Construction, Management and Engineering’s High Achievers Award and being a finalist in the Association of Women in Property Student of the Year awards.
LSH is a national commercial property consultancy that works with investors, developers and occupiers across the public and private sectors, and it is single-mindedly focused on UK and Irish property markets.
