We have been appointed to sell three properties in Leicestershire owned by the Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust.

The properties, all in the Narborough area near Leicester, include a substantial office building on a large plot, a smaller office building with additional land and two adjoining residential properties.

Offers being invited for three properties

Sylvia Reid House in Forest Road, Narborough is a 5,306 sq ft office block on a 1.08 acre plot. The former NHS offices are close to J21 of the M1. The three-storey offices have parking for up to 30 cars and with planning permission could suitable for a variety of alternate uses. Offers of around £650,000 are sought for the freehold property and land.

Drury House, on offer for £450,000, is a three storey period office property on 0.6 acres of land with further development potential subject to planning. The Leicester Road property also includes a separate coach house and has potential for extensive car parking. It is close to the M1 and Narborough train station.

We are also marketing two semi-detached residential properties in Forest Road, Narborough, where offers of £325,000 are invited for both properties at 191 and 193 Forest Road.
