A new tenant has been secured a new tenant at 5 Arlington Square in Bracknell.
Acting jointly with Knight Frank on behalf of Paratus AMC, we have agreed a deal with Intercall.
InterCall is the world’s largest dedicated conferencing service provider, connecting people through advanced audio, web, video and event services.
The company has signed a new six year lease on 14,000 sq ft at 5 Arlington Square, in order to accommodate its expansion from serviced office accommodation in Bracknell. A rent of £20 per sq ft was agreed.
Cost effective workplace

We are in discussions with several other parties at present and hope to be announcing further deals in the near future.”
First significant Bracknell deal in 2012
Nick Coote, Head of our Reading office, added: “This is the first significant office deal in Bracknell in 2012, and we anticipate another year of healthy take-up in the town following good levels of activity last year. Arlington Square is undoubtedly Bracknell’s prime office pitch, absorbing 50% of the town’s total office take-up in 2011. We expect it to continue being a favourite with occupiers.”
