Our Sheffield office has been appointed as Managing Agents on City Lofts, a landmark residential development in the heart of Sheffield City Centre.
Part of major regeneration scheme
Once complete, the two 32-storey and 12-storey towers will provide 316 one and two-bedroom apartments, together with a retail element to the ground floor.
Rising approximately 100 metres above St Paul’s Place, the development will become the tallest structure in Sheffield. It forms part of ‘The Heart of the City’ project, a major regeneration scheme focused around Sheffield Town Hall.
Proactive Property Management required to service building
Acting on behalf of St Paul’s Management (Sheffield) Company, our role includes the collection of rent and service charges from occupiers. It also covers day-to-day management of the development including repairs, cleaning, insurance and service contracts, to name but a few.
