Increasing sales area and reducing costs


Inspired Developments is one of the many developers that has embraced the temporary permitted development regulations introduced in May 2013.

As a result of the revised rules the process of securing local authority approval for conversion has been streamlined, with applications for almost 10,000 new residential units announced in just six months.  

Inspired Developments is taking advantage of the change in regulations; it is targeting up to 10 office-to-residential conversions in 2014.

As the lead cost and project management consultant, we take care of all aspects of the design and construction process at Inspired’s live sites.

Our advice has already enable Inspired to increase the sales area at one of its schemes, thereby raising the project’s development value. At the same time, we have suggested design changes that have reduced costs.
