The outline application was for c.500 new homes; 7No commercial/leisure use sites totalling approx. 2,200 sq. m (Class A3, A4 and A5); a foodstore (Class A1) of approx. 7,000 sq. m; a petrol filling station, and a site for a 60 bed hotel.
